I am an in-house designer at Dick’s Sporting Goods, where I have collaborated with a diverse range of business partners across various initiatives. My experience includes logo design and branding for both internal and external campaigns, creating product videos for e-commerce PDP pages, and producing training content for leadership and professional development. I manage these projects end to end, handling pre-production, production, and post-production.

Additionally, I have led multiple recruiting campaigns, providing art and creative direction for initiatives like Hiring Our Heroes, which supports military professionals transitioning to civilian careers. My work in employment brand marketing has helped position Dick’s Sporting Goods as an employer of choice.

Dick's Sporting Goods | McKeesport Area School District

Brief


This project involved capturing and communicating the impact of Learning Resource Specialists (LRS) within Twin Rivers School to support a last-minute school board meeting. Despite invitations to shadow an LRS, board members had not taken the opportunity to observe the role firsthand. To address this, we quickly developed and filmed a compelling visual narrative that highlighted the LRS’s influence on staff, students, and school culture.

Objective


Create an engaging and informative video under tight time constraints to showcase the value of Learning Resource Specialists, advocating for their expansion into other schools in the district. The goal was to provide a clear, impactful message that resonated with the school board and key stakeholders.
